Rapiscan Systems, a global leader in detection technology, provides advanced cargo and vehicle inspection systems for ports, borders, military sites, high‑security facilities, and checkpoints. Our mission is to help customers combat terrorism, drug smuggling, illegal immigration, and trade fraud.
We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Global Service Warehouse team in Salfords. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of inventory while supporting the logistics needs of our customers across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manual and clerical stock control activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders from the main service warehouse to field locations and customers across EMEA.
- Organise transport and shipments to Field Service Locations (FSLs) and customer sites.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment for FSLs as required.
- Maintain accurate records using warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Support and process return shipments (RMAs) to the warehouse.
- Identify issues, troubleshoot challenges, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and internal procedures.

- Understanding of warehousing, logistics, and stock control processes.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

- Willingness to learn forklift operation (license preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
- Experience using ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred).
