We offer a broad array of scanning system configurations that leverage low, medium, and high‑energy X‑ray technology or multiple X‑ray technologies to address each customer’s unique security application requirements. The role will be based on site at Redhill - 12 Month Maternity Cover.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative, operational, and sales support tasks, enabling the sales team to focus on selling and business growth.
  • Serve as the single point of contact between the sales staff, internal resources, and partners.
  • Manage sales order administration, including order entry, quotes, order status, and availability.
  • Assist in logistics and operations coordination, including export and radiation safety compliance.
  • Administer contracts to ensure timely shipments and installations.
  • Advise the sales team on shipping status, literature requests, and service liaison.
  • Continuously improve critical processes to meet high‑performance sales goals.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement efficient processes and procedures.
  • Provide support for RFPs, tenders, and proposals.
  • Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
