Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to support our Sales team during a 12‑month maternity leave period. Based at our Redhill office, this role will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Sales, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the Sales team to focus on driving profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative, operational, and sales support tasks to improve sales efficiency.
- Tracking order status.
- Operations & Logistics Coordination.
- Assist in logistics planning and operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations and radiation safety requirements.
- Support timely shipment scheduling and installation arrangements.
- Internal & External Communication.
- Serve as the central point of contact between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Service, and Technical Support.
- Provide updates to the Sales team on shipping and delivery status, literature or marketing material requests, and service coordination.
- Process Improvement.
- Support the continuous improvement of critical sales processes to help achieve departmental performance goals.
- Develop, refine, and implement efficient workflows and administrative procedures.
- Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of RFPs, tenders, and proposals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar administrative, sales coordination, or operations support role.
- Experience working with cross‑functional groups such as Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Service, and Operations.
- Strong problem‑solving capability and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- High energy, self‑driven, and able to take initiative with strong follow‑through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex or sensitive situations diplomatically.
