Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tube Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Redhill.

You will play a key role in the assembly and fabrication of large X-ray tubes within a highly controlled clean room environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and test precision electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and systems.

Follow work instructions, engineering drawings and standard operating procedures.

Maintain strict adherence to clean room protocols and best practices.

Complete assembly records, process check sheets and work orders accurately.

Raise NCRs when quality issues are identified.

Support day-to-day operation of the clean room and laboratory areas.

Skills and Experience

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Understanding of safe working practices and mechanical handling techniques.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately.

Clean room, vacuum technology or high-tech manufacturing experience desirable.

Working Hours

Early Shift: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:00, Fri 06:00-13:30.

Late Shift: Mon-Thu 14:00-22:00, Fri 13:30-21:00.

20% shift premium applies.
