Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director, EMEA to lead all accounting and finance activities across the region. This role is responsible for the integrity of financial reporting, monthly close processes, statutory compliance, audit management, tax oversight, working capital performance, and finance team leadership across multiple EMEA entities. The successful candidate will lead finance operations across the UK, UAE, Germany, Egypt, Albania, Portugal, and other regional entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP while maintaining compliance with local statutory requirements.
