  • Verify conductor patterns, trace widths and spacing, pad geometries, annular rings, and micro‑features to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and applicable IPC‑A‑600 / IPC‑6013 specification.
  • Perform minor rework using the AOI verification unit on allowable circuitry‑related defects when authorized, following approved procedures and ensuring that all reworked areas meet specification and quality requirements.
  • Review and evaluate AOI‑flagged findings to distinguish true defects from false calls.
  • Update the job status and record all required information in the CIMNET shop floor management system.
  • Complete documentation related to inspection results, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping.
  • Compare and verify AOI program files against CAM files before transferring data to the AOI machine to ensure correct revision control and data integrity.
