We are seeking an experienced Communications Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Assurance and ITSM platforms such as Helix and Remedy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and defining ITSM transformation architectures and possess deep knowledge of Telecom OSS architecture and design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create scalable, future-ready architectures aligned with organizational and telecom operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design strategy & roadmap for ITSM transformation programmes leveraging tools like Helix and Remedy.
- Develop architectural blueprints and standards for ITSM solutions integrated with Telecom OSS.
- Provide architectural leadership for ITSM transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for architecture.
- Assess existing ITSM architectures and recommend enhancements for scalability, resilience, and automation.
Strong experience in Telecom Assurance domain and ITSM transformation programmes. Expertise in ITSM platforms like Helix, Remedy and must have worked on the ITSM transformation programs. In-depth knowledge of Telecom OSS architecture and design – mandatory. Familiarity with ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks. Ability to design integration patterns between ITSM and OSS systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
