- Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Scheduling module, from blueprint to go-live.
- Configure scheduling rules, shift patterns, work rules, and leave policies based on business and compliance requirements.
- Design and set up employee scheduling profiles, availability patterns, and self-scheduling capabilities.
- Integrate Workforce Scheduling with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules.
- Configure labor forecasting and demand-driven scheduling for industry-specific use cases.
