It's an exciting time for Rapiergroup. With new clients coming on board, and existing clients signing on once more, we have opportunities for those who want to bring their experience and personality to an incredible team. You will join an established, friendly, and supportive team and will work closely, as part of a project team, with an assigned Project Manager and a Project Delivery Lead who will provide line management, leadership, and programme management for the client’s multiple events.
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires flexibility and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for leading the curation of branded content (both digital & print) on a global exhibition programme alongside managing digital content creation projects. Each aspect focuses on content creation, coordination and (in some cases) legal review and approval. You will ensure that client goals and strategic objectives are met.

Responsibilities and Duties:- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring a consistent approach across all projects for content continuity.
- Acting as the liaison between agency and clients.
- Lead client and internal meetings with a content focus; ensuring understanding and continuity of knowledge, all-party status checks and schedule/brand adherence.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay connected to agency briefing/comms, any legal timelines, and storyboard/final content submission.
- Liaise with 2D/3D creatives and ensure historical reference to previous content and exhibit use when required on new shows.
- Participate in agency/client calls when required and oversee internal validation and verification processes.
- Utilise software tools such as PromoMats for legal review and content approval processes.
- Creation & management of live event playlists for smooth onsite delivery.
- Travel onsite (as required) throughout the year; to supervise all content and ensure successful completion.
- Proven digital & print experience with an established record of building digital solutions and innovating in established businesses.
- Broad technical knowledge of digital platforms, software, and project management tools; proficiency in PromoMats would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Agile and adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines.
