You will join an established, friendly, and supportive team and be responsible for owning and delivering your own projects as well as contributing on larger scale projects within a team setting. Please note this role is predominantly based from our offices in Ware, Hertfordshire with the option to work remotely 1 day per week.
Responsibilities- Project Ownership
- Own any projects from kick-off through to reconciliation & wrap-up
- Be the main point of contact for client
- Proactively use Monday.com to track the project and keep on top of upcoming deadlines
- Report, weekly, to the Project Delivery Lead & Account Manager of status
- Ensure that the Procim budget is kept up to date to allow the accurate financial reporting of the business
- In the event of any project issues, discuss (in good time) with the Project Delivery Lead in order to find suitable solution/s
- Work collaboratively with finance & creative to achieve team alignment
- Adhere to all steps within the Rapiergroup Way inc. all process requirements
- Ensure the use of 'On Brand' company templates, filing and version control
- Ensure client facing document is proofed to an appropriate level
- Complete the Health & Safety requirements of the project, in good time, for review by the Head of Production
- Deliver the project onsite inc. following all Rapiergroup requirements
- Support on client projects to grow technical knowledge in order to enhance the ability to liaise with clients, venues and suppliers
- Provide trusted support to Project Managers when planning, coordinating and delivering client or internal Projects in line with our documented Proven Process inclusive of all Company policies
- To own any assigned task, ensure understanding and ask for further guidance if needed
- Ensure a deadline is agreed for any assigned task
- To continually update Project Managers on the status of assigned tasks, where necessary being pro-active in providing clear options and solutions
- Ensure the high quality of any client facing documentation
- To attend creative briefings where required
- To deliver client projects onsite and undertake any other travel where necessary
- Support in the closure of live projects as directed by the Project Manager
- To be available to action and support on any additional tasks at short notice and as required by the Head of Project Delivery
- To attend client meetings, take notes and contribute where asked
- Budget awareness and input, show an ability to develop and progress knowledge of the financial management process
- Progression of negotiation skills and management of budget updates
- Ensuring pre-authorisation from Project Manager for all expenditure relating to a project
- Support in the closure of any project
- Support new business bids if requested as a member of the pitch team
