HGV Class 1 driver
Wakefield.
£16.50 - £22.59ph
Rates increase after week 12 and 27.
Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Wakefield. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.
Any shift to include a weekend day.
This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering to RDCs and stores.
- Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.
- Vehicle checks
- Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.
Days
- Days: 02:00 – 09:00 starts
- £16.50- £17.85ph per hour PAYE
- Over time after 8 hours
Nights
- Nights: 13:00 – 21:00 starts
- £18.82 - £22.59 per hour PAYE
- Over time after 8 hours
Rates are the same Monday – Sunday.
The ideal candidate.
- Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 6 months
- “Can do” attitude
- No DR10's No CD10's No IN10's - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
- Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
