Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Reading on an ongoing basis.

Position: Class 1 Driver

Days: Saturday to Wednesday (PM starts), Sunday to Thursday (PM starts), Tuesday to Saturday (PM starts)

Pay: 19.62 - 29.43 per hour

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Trunking to a variety of distribution centres across the country
  • Various shift patterns available to the right candidate
  • Guaranteed 8 hours a shift
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues
  • Ongoing work available

Requirements:

  • Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
  • CPC Card
  • Digi Card
  • Held licence for 6 months (category C+E)
