We are recruiting reliable, experienced hard-working Admin for a building trade customer who deals within loft ladders, sky lights and roof windows in Swadlincote, Derbyshire DE11.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitoring delivery tracking.
  • Dealing with enquiries efficiently.
  • Monitoring and responding to email inboxes.
  • Being proactive in identifying potential sales opportunities on the company’s website.
  • Following up on leads and supporting the online business.
  • Prompt submission of paperwork to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Maintaining records of customer discounts and monitoring monthly promotions.
  • Ensuring all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.
  • Assisting with any other duties as reasonably requested by management.
  • Occasionally making outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and checking in with the occasional cold calls.

Job Types: Permanent, Office based, Full time

Salary: £25k per annum

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Supplemental pay types: Commission pays (uncapped) (will be explained during interview process)
