We are currently recruiting for an experienced SME Co-ordinator to join a busy warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual with strong administrative skills and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to join a well established business with the opportunity to secure a permanent position. This is primarily an office based role, although you will be required to work in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the day to day activities of the SME team.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, including data analysis and audit reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from management.
- Maintain MSDS records and communicate updates.
- Manage warehouse shelf life checks.
- Compile and distribute cost reports.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through warehouse and system checks.
- Maintain SAP records and warehouse administration.
- Process goods receipting for direct deliveries and bulk chemical products.
- Provide holiday cover for key operational support functions.
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
