Position Overview: A leading manufacturer in the roof window and loft ladder industry is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Service Engineer to join their dynamic service team. This role will be key in providing exceptional customer satisfaction alongside advice on technical/service issues with products. You will work in close collaboration with the Service Manager to resolve various customer issues with our wide range of roof window products. You will be required to attend site visits for faulty/non-working goods, which may entail heavy lifting and working at heights – all training will be provided. There will be occasions where you will be working independently once trained.
