Job Description MHE OPERATORS (VNA / REACH) & WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES \n \nWe are recruiting for a busy chemical distribution centre, offering temp-to-perm opportunities for both experienced MHE Operators and unskilled Warehouse Operatives.\n \nWe are particularly interested in candidates with VNA or Reach Truck experience and valid certificates. However, applicants without MHE experience are also welcome, provided they are willing to learn and develop new skills.\n Available Shift Patterns \n 4 on / 4 off – Days \n \n06:00–18:00\n 4 on / 4 off – Nights \n \n18:00–06:00\n Monday to Friday – Permanent Nights \n \n22:00–06:00\n Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts \n \n06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00\n Pay Rates \n \n \n Warehouse Operative: £12.71 per hour \n MHE Operator (VNA / Reach): £13.13 per hour \n Additional hourly night shift bonus for eligible night shifts \n Overtime times the applicable hourly rate \n MHE Operators (VNA / Reach) \n \n \n Valid VNA or Reach Truck certificate preferred. \n Previous experience operating MHE equipment. \n Responsible for moving and storing stock safely and efficiently. \n Must be willing to undertake case picking duties when required. \n Unskilled Warehouse Operatives \n \n \n Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. \n Willingness to learn case picking and general warehouse duties. \n Must be willing to train on VNA or Reach Truck equipment in the future. \n Reliable, motivated and keen to develop new skills. \n Important Information \n \nAll candidates must be willing to become multi-skilled.
