Rapier Employment are working with a well-established client near Leicester who are looking for a part time Class 1 driver to join them on an ongoing basis.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS VACANCY IS PART TIME ONLY ON A MONDAY & TUESDAY WITH 14.00HRS START
Role:Class 1 Driver
Ideal shift patterns:
- Monday & Tuesday ( Occasional additional hours and Tuesday & Wednesday after bank holidays)
- 14.00hrs start time
Basic hourly rate:£16.20 per hour for the first 2 hours
£17.82
Role to include, and not limited to:
- Transporting goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
- Minimum of 6 months continuous Class 1 driving
The recruitment process will involve an initial assesment which inludes, classroom and a 2-3 hour driving assesment. This is then followed by full induction.
