Rapier Employment is recruiting for experienced Class 2 HIAB Drivers in Northampton to join our client in a customer-facing, hands-on delivery role. You will be delivering bulk goods directly to customers' homes and local stores from your base store, covering surrounding areas.

Location: Northampton
Pay: £16.50/hr Saturday: £20.63/hr
Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00 start
The Role:
- Additional Saturdays on a rota during a 10-week peak period
- Based at your home store, delivering across surrounding areas
- 510 deliveries per day
- Delivering bulk items using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle
- Providing excellent face-to-face customer service
- Following safe working practices at all times
- Flexibility with start times when required by the business
What You'll Need:
- Full UK Licence with Category C (Class 2)
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC
- HIAB licence ALLMI C5
- A reliable, flexible and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Customer-facing experience is advantageous
No HIAB or need a refresher? We will fund conversions and refresher training under a training agreement.
Additional Requirement:
Successful candidates must pass a DBS check.
