We are currently recruiting experienced Reach FLT Operators for a leading automotive client based in Solihull, Birmingham (B92). These are ongoing positions offering the opportunity to work with two of the world’s largest automotive brands.

Pay Rates: £17.97 per hour (basic) Based on 38 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (weekly rotation): 05:45 – 13:30, 13:15 – 21:00, 20:45 – 06:15, Monday to Friday (Night shift: Monday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT)
  • Loading and unloading goods from high racking
  • Moving stock safely within the warehouse
  • Stock checking and verification
  • Put-away of goods into allocated locations
  • Occasional manual picking and sequencing of automotive parts

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid D2 (high racking) Reach Truck licence
  • Minimum 6 months’ recent Reach FLT experience
  • In-date FLT licence (refreshed within the last 3 years)
  • Licence must be accredited by one of the following: RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT, ABA
  • Ability to pass: On-site theory test, Pre-use inspection, Practical FLT assessment
  • Good levels of numeracy and literacy
