Rapier Employment are on the lookout for Drivers Mates to join our well-established client based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This is a potential temp to perm for the right candidates.
You MUST hold a Full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points.
This role will also require you to be away Monday-Friday.
Role: Drivers mate/Crew member
Salary: £13.00 per hour. Overtime paid x1.5
Days: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends when required
Expected hours: 45 hours per week
Night out allowance: £15 per night
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Work with drivers and plant operatives on installation and recovery throughout the UK
- Work as a two/three person crew which includes nights away in accommodation
- Follow exact directions and be able to assist with installing/removing products
- Making sure products are ready for transport
- Work a flexible schedule (days, nights, potential weekends)
Full training will be provided, with development opportunities, and ability to progress within the company.
Required:
- Full UK driving licence
- No more than 3 points on licence
- Flexible working
Desired/Preferred:
- CSCS card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
