Job Description:
- General administration tasks
- Daily driver debriefs
- Storing/archiving documents
- Running and controlling reports
- Weekly invoicing & data entry
- Supporting the warehouse, if and when required
- Communicating with internal customers and external contractors
Qualities and Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of the transport industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Taco Master, Adoc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong administrative skills and a good telephone manner
- Friendly personality and computer literate
- Previous experience working within a warehouse/transport environment will be an advantage
Please note due to the nature of the product we handle, security checks are required prior to employment.
Requirements:
- No criminal records as a DBS check will be required
- No CCJs as we will do a financial check
Experience:
- Previous experience in transport coordination or a related field is preferred
