HGV Class 1 driver Faverdale, Darlington. £17.25ph - £20.38ph. Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Darlington. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates. This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering to RDCs and stores.
- Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.
- Vehicle checks.
Shift patterns:
- Days: 04:00 - 09:00 starts
- £17.25ph PAYE Monday to Friday
- £19.25ph PAYE Saturday and Sunday
- Nights: 15:00 - 21:00 starts
- £18.38ph PAYE Monday to Friday
- £20.38ph PAYE Saturday and Sunday
The ideal candidate:
- Held your HGV CE licence for at least 12 months.
- You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes.
- Can do attitude.
- No DR10s.
- No CD10s.
- No IN10s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS.
- Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification.
