Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Swindon.
Position: Class 1 Driver
Hours: Starts between 00:00-03:00 and 16:00-19:00, some flexibility required.
Pay rate: £17.74-£22.18 (unsociable hours between 20:00 - 05:00 will have an additional £1.71 uplift)
Shift pattern: Friday to Monday
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Transporting goods between various locations efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Deliveries from Swindon will be across the South Coast of England up to the Midlands.
- PM drivers will mostly cover trunking; some store overflow deliveries may be required.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Always provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
- CPC Card
- Digi Card
- Held licence for 12 months (category C+E)
