Job description (HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER WITH A MINIMUM 1 YEAR ON THE ROAD EXPERIENCE)We are recruiting HGV class 1 drivers for our prestigious automotive client in Solihull, Castle Bromwich & WolverhamptonTrunking-based work (no handball) or collections and trailer swaps (curtain-side)You may be required to work out of the following locations (optional):Solihull (Damson Parkway) B92Castle Bromwich B35Hams Hall B46Various start times around the clock. Ad-hoc shifts or full weeks available. Monday to Friday with optional weekendsHGV CLASS 1 Pay Rates: Days (0600-1800) £16.68 per hour - guaranteed 9 hours per day (8 hrs basic + 1 hr overtime)Nights (1800-0600) £20.85 per hour - guaranteed 9 hours per day (8 hrs basic + 1 hr overtime)Overtime Nights (after 8 hrs) - £29.19 per hourOvertime Days (after 8 hrs) - £25.02 per hourSaturday Days - TBC per hourSaturday Night/Sunday - £37.53 per hourBank Holiday - £37.53 per hourPaid breaks9 hours guaranteedper day33paid days of holidayWeekly payPay increases after 1 years serviceRequirements: Class 1 licence (UK issued)Driver CPC (UK issued)Digicard (UK issued)MINIMUM 1 YEAR ON THE ROAD EXPERIENCEHELD LGV LICENCE FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARScoupling/uncoupling of trailers.
