We are recruiting multiple experienced and skilled Counterbalance FLT Operators for our automotive client in Solihull, Birmingham, B92. These are on-going opportunities working with the world's leading brands. Multiple shifts available.
Counterbalance FLT Duties:
- Driving Counterbalance truck.
- Loading/unloading from trailers.
- Moving pallets, stillages and boxes.
- Moving stock around the warehouse.
- Checking stock numbers.
- Checking and tagging.
- Loading pallets onto automated tracks.
- Working off the truck when required.
Rotational Shift: Monday-Friday. 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 (times may vary slightly depending on department). £15.72 ph.
Night Shift: Monday-Friday. 22:00-06:00 (times may vary slightly depending on department). £18.72 ph.
Counterbalance FLT Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 12 months recent forklift driving experience.
- Must have been working on the counterbalance within the past 3 months.
- Long forks experience beneficial.
- You must hold an in-date Counterbalance truck licence (taken or refreshed within the last 3 years).
- Your certificates must be accredited by: ABA/AITB/RTITB/ITSSAR.
- Must be numerate and literate and pass a theory, pre-use inspection and practical FLT assessment on site.
- Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and undertake a DBS check.
- Must be available for a pre-assessment screening in our Hams Hall Office B46.
