We are currently recruiting a dependable and proactive Warehouse Operative / Line Walker to join our client’s operation based in Gaydon.
Location: Gaydon
Pay Rate: £12.52 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.78 per hour
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
- Friday: 06:15 – 11:15
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing line walking duties alongside general warehouse tasks
- Picking, packing, and accurately handling stock
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
- Ensuring orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Communicating daily operational requirements clearly with the client
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet targets and resolve issues promptly
- Occasionally operating a tow motor to move materials and support production flow
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
- Basic computer literacy
- Good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate directly with the client
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
- Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work well as part of a team
