We are currently recruiting for an experienced SME Co‑ordinator to join a busy warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and analytical individual with strong administrative skills and advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge to join a well established business with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
This is primarily an office based role, although you will be required to work in warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the SME team.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports, including data analysis and audit reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from management.
- Maintain MSDS records and communicate updates.
- Manage warehouse shelf life checks.
- Compile and distribute cost reports.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through warehouse and system checks.
- Maintain SAP records and warehouse administration.
- Process goods receipting for direct deliveries and bulk chemical products.
- Provide holiday cover for key operational support functions.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and promote safe working practices.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, warehouse support, or coordinator role.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and One Note.
- SAP experience is desirable, although training will be provided.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and support a wider team.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and support operational improvements.
