Our world-wide known logistics and supply chain client is looking for an experienced transport planner/office clerk to join their busy team based in Rugby, CV23. This is a temporary ongoing position with the potential of turning into a permanent role for the right person!
Shift Details
- Monday-Friday
- Fixed 06:00-14:00
- £13.84 per hour (weekly pay)
- 37.5-hour week
Duties include:
- Dealing with drivers and vehicle
- Load schedule planning
- Driver and vehicle compliance
- Engaging with subcontractors and third-party suppliers
- Providing accurate shipment information
- Data Entry
- Answering calls and emails
Experience/Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literate
- Transport/Logistics experience essential
- Planning and workload prioritisation
- Be a good team player
- Be able to travel to and from Swift Valley, Rugby (CV23)
