Overview

We are recruiting a reliable, experienced hard‑working Admin for a building trade customer who deals within loft ladders, skylights and roof windows.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage workload effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor delivery tracking.
  • Deal with enquiries efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to email inboxes.
  • Proactively identify potential sales opportunities on the company’s website and follow up on leads.
  • Support the online business.
  • Submit paperwork to a high standard of accuracy.
  • Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
  • Strong professional communication skills with customers, clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.
  • Assist with any other duties reasonably requested by management.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and check-in with occasional cold calls.
