We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients and industries. This is a people-focused role requiring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Write and post job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, referrals).
- Guide candidates through the hiring process including interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update candidate and client records in the recruitment database.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to placements, interviews, and business development.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or similar role (agency or in-house).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
