Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 Hours paid per week)

Contract

Initially on-going agency with potential for permanent employment

Hybrid Working

After successful training, the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Thursdays

About the Role

We are recruiting

Planning Administrators to support automotive manufacturing operations. These roles involve entering data into scheduling systems (SAP and CMMS3) and ensuring accuracy to prevent production delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into SAP and CMMS3 systems.
  • Maintain scheduling integrity to prevent production issues.
  • Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
  • Previous experience with SAP and/or CMMS systems (highly advantageous).
  • Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • A solid work history is required
