Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Newark. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.
This role does require some manual handling.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering to RDCs and stores. (Nights RDC’s only)
- Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and MHE equipment.
- Vehicle checks
- Shift patterns to suit.
Days
- Days between 0400 – 0900
- £19.40ph Monday to Friday
- All rates are PAYE
Nights
- Nights: 15:00 – 21:00 starts
- £21.57ph Monday to Sunday
- All rates are PAYE
The ideal candidate.
- Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 12 months
- You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes
- No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
- Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
