MLOP Operator (Medium Level Order Picker) – Solihull

£15.72 per hour (inc shift allowance)

Rotating Shifts (0545-1345/1345-2145) – early finish on Fridays

Rapier Employment are looking for experienced MLOP Operators who are looking looking for a new opportunity in Solihull. We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse team!

Your Responsibilities:
Operating MLOP trucks to pick and transport stock.
Scanning & processing orders accurately.
Maintaining stock levels and ensuring correct placement.
Meeting efficiency targets in a fast-paced environment.
Following health & safety regulations at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
MLOP (Medium Level Order Picker) licence/certificate
Ability to work efficiently & accurately.
Comfortable with rotating shifts (days, afternoons).
Strong team player with a great work ethic.
