We are currently recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Operatives for our automotive client in Gaydon.
We are looking for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operation in Gaydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established company, offering regular shifts, great rates of pay, and a supportive team environment.
You will be responsible for operating Counterbalance forklift trucks, supporting warehouse activities, and ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently.

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 14:00 - 22:00
Pay Rates: £ per hour (basic) £ per hour (overtime)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Counterbalance FLT
- Carry out line walking and general warehouse duties as required
- Pick, move, and store stock accurately according to site standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Process orders efficiently and meet daily production targets
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
- Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse or production experience
- Computer literate with confidence using basic systems
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A reliable and team-focused attitude
