Class 1 driver required - late AM/PM driver. Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot.
Role: Class 1 Driver
Pay: £19.00 per hour - overtime after 45 hours
Hours: Starts between 11:00 & 18:00
Days: Site operate 24/7. Weekday AND weekend availability needed
Job includes:
- Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
- Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
- Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations
What you'll need:
- Held C E licence for 6 months minimum
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- Full UK licence, valid CPC card and digital tacho card
