We are recruiting Warehouse Ops with REACH FLT Licences to join a modern warehouse in Ryton-on-Dunsmore. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals seeking long‑term prospects, with the potential to lead to permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently on a rotational basis.
- Perform manual warehouse duties including picking, packing, and general handling tasks.
- Ensure accurate order fulfilment and maintain high standards of quality.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- Valid Reach FLT licence with at least 4 months experience operating a Reach Truck.
- Accredited licence by either ABA, AITT, RTITB, or ITSSAR.
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks and being on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule involving both FLT driving and manual labour.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
- Not a student (full‑time work only).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Own transport preferred due to location and shift times.
- Subject to mandatory pre‑screening and drug and alcohol tests (location: Hams Hall B46 1AL).
