The upcoming position is for an OMS Control Room Clerk. This will be a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to develop and progress throughout the business and develop their Data Management Skills.
SHIFT DETAILS:
- Monday-Friday
- 05:00-13:00 (30 min unpaid break)
- 37.5 hours paid p/w
- £12.83
- Weekly pay
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Not a Student
- Can work in the alcohol industry
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong Communication skills
- Previous experience in administration essential
- The ability to work in a pressured and confined environment
- Ability to deliver a consistent and high level of service in a calm and professional manner
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Have a good understanding of Warehousing and the environment you’re working in
THE ROLE:
- To provide current and up to date performance tracking data for their shift
- To schedule all routines for Duty Managers and above and to accurately track against said routine
- To track all actions/ideas from 121’s, PC’s and all CI boards making sure all is visible for the operation to view and work alongside each other to improve
- Standardise the PD boards with the data that is provided as per site standard
- Data collation and retention
- Document return governance
- Standardisation Dashboard Maintenance
- Releasing work on WMS / Dispatching waves / Creating packs to maintain workflow of operation in warehouse
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis
- Co-ordinate activities for Warehouse Leadership in terms of planning Performance Reviews, 121 meetings
- Capture and record CI opportunities and feedback status
- To co-ordinate the headcount plan with Warehouse Leadership on an ongoing basis
- To monitor and validate the quality of the information received from the operation and challenge accordingly
- Collection of current daily/weekly data to assist with historic trend analysis
- Monitor Colleague performance on a real-time basis and report anomalies accordingly
- Releasing work on WMS / Dispatching waves / Creating packs to maintain workflow of operation
- Other admin duties per business needs
