Rapier Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the team at Coalville. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working candidates looking for full‑time warehouse work with an immediate start.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
- Picking and packing goods
- Loading and unloading items
- General warehouse duties
- Working safely and accurately in a busy warehouse environment
- Standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift
- Following site procedures and instructions
What We’re Looking For.
Successful candidates must be able to:
- Work full-time hours
- Work rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
- Travel reliably to Coalville
- Work on their feet for the full shift
- Complete a Drug & Alcohol Test if required
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as training may be provided.
- £13.71 per hour
