We’re looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join DHL in Brackmills, Northampton. You’ll be responsible for safe, timely deliveries and collections, operating modern, well-maintained vehicles.
Shift Patterns
- Sunday – Thursday
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Start times between 04:00 and 10:00 AM
Pay & Benefits
- Basic (Weekday): £18.07/hour
- Overtime: £27.11/hour (after 8 hours Mon–Fri)
- OVERTIME RATE FOR ALL HOURS WORKED AT WEEKENDS!

What You’ll Need
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for at least 1 year)
- Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience (retail experience preferred)
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Sound understanding of Drivers’ Hours, Regulations, and the Working Time Directive
