About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Aylesford, Kent.
This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent benefits, career stability, and the chance to become part of a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties and must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.
Rotating shifts: 7:00am – 3:30pm / 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Shift pattern varies weekly. Overtime may occasionally be required.
- Salary & Benefits
- Team-based bonus scheme (historically averaging around 6% of annual salary).

- Verification of five years' employment history, including explanation of any gaps.
- Proof of the right to work in the UK.
