Rapier Employment are on the lookout for a Crew member to join our well-established client based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This role is nights out, so please read before applying.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a full UK licence and stay away (nights out) Monday to Friday.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • No more than 3 points on licence.
  • Working away from home.

Role Information:

  • Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour. Overtime paid ×1.5.
  • Days: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends if/when required.
  • Expected hours: 45 hours per week.
  • Night out allowance: £18.50 per night.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with drivers and plant operatives on installation and recovery throughout the UK.
  • Work as a two/three person crew which includes nights away in accommodation.
  • Follow exact directions and be able to assist with installing/removing products.
  • Make sure products are ready for transport.
  • Work a flexible schedule (days, nights, potential weekends).
  • Work away from home Monday to Friday.

Additional Information:

  • Full training will be provided, with development opportunities, and ability to progress within the company.

Desired/Preferred:

  • CSCS card desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
