Rapier Employment are currently looking for an Operations/Transport Administrator for a 6 month maternity leave cover.
Location: Abingdon
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00β17:00 (40 hours per week). Some flexibility on start times
Salary: Β£28,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Up to 6 months maternity leave cover
Key responsibilities:
- Record meeting minutes and action points with accuracy
- Update schedules per direction of Operation leaders
- Responsible for running and monitoring all Operations Purchase Orders (inc. Freight, Transport expenses, supplies etc.) and liaise with finance team on any issues
- Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.
- Update and maintain key operational management systems, including all digital and hard copy documentation
- Update operational dashboards and boards as requested
- Liaise with transport suppliers regarding breakdowns/defects
- Update systems with relevant defect sign off paperwork
- Act in a professional manner at all times, including when communicating with Vendors, demonstrating the company values
