About the Role
Drivers Mate – Early Starts, Great Teamwork! Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham B46. Employer: Rapier Employment, working in partnership with DHL, one of the world’s most prestigious logistics brands.
Pay: £12.59 per hour (parity with permanent staff). Hours: Monday to Friday, 04:30 AM start (approx. 46 hours/week).
Join a dynamic delivery team supporting the distribution of beer barrels to pubs, clubs, and restaurants across Mid Wales, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, and South Birmingham.
- Double-manned deliveries using curtain-sided vehicles.
- Manual handling involved – you must be physically fit.
- Occasional van driving may be required.
- Important: You must be able to get to Hams Hall for a 04:30 start (no public transport available at that time).
