We are looking for 3 hardworking individuals to join our client's team as CSCS Site Operatives working with concrete. You will support the construction process of concrete tank installation by assisting with manual tasks across multiple sites. Candidates should have some construction experience, preferably with concrete and reinforcement, and be willing to learn new skills. This is a great opportunity to develop skills and knowledge with potential for long-term career progression.
Note: This role involves staying away from home Monday to Friday. This is a temp-to-perm position with an immediate start.
Main Duties:- Fetching / Carrying Materials
- Heavy Lifting
- Using Power Tools (e.g., Stihl Saws)
- Assisting with concrete water tank / silo installation
- General housekeeping
- Valid CSCS Card (Green Card minimum)
A typical week involves 40 hours on-site. Overtime is paid at time and a third for hours over 40, with double time on Saturdays and time and a half on Sundays. Travel to and from site (in a company vehicle) is paid at 20p per mile. Full driving license is essential, as driving company vans may be required. Overnight allowance is £15 per night out (tax-free).
