We are recruiting for Help Desk Operators for our client in Acton Gate nr. Stafford (ST18). The role involves handling calls from delivery crews, checking order histories, and resolving item issues, with support from depots and distribution centres across the UK, Scotland and Ireland.
Full-time, any 5 days out of 7, shifts 0600-1400 to 1300-2100 on weekdays and 0600-1400 to 1000-1800 on weekends. Training on the job provided by an in-house trainer.
