Pay & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday: £18.12 per hour
  • Weekends: £22.65 per hour
  • Overtime (after 42.5 hours): £24.10 per hour
  • £50 weekly attendance bonus

Shift Information

  • 5 on, 3 off rolling shift pattern
  • Start times between 04:00 and 08:00

The Role

This is a physically demanding but highly rewarding role involving multi-drop deliveries and manual handling. You'll be delivering to convenience stores across the South East and surrounding regions, ensuring products arrive safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Our drivers are more than just delivery professionals—they're the face of our client's business. We're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in delivering excellent service while building positive relationships with customers at every stop.

You'll be responsible for delivering ambient, chilled, and frozen products while maintaining high food hygiene standards, completing delivery paperwork accurately, and carrying out daily vehicle checks.

Duties Include

  • Completing 6–12 multi-drop deliveries per shift
  • Delivering chilled, frozen, and ambient products to retail stores
  • Safely handling roll cages during deliveries
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring legal compliance
  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately and on time
  • Providing a professional, friendly, and reliable service at every delivery

  • Essex
  • Hertfordshire
  • Buckinghamshire
  • Cambridgeshire
  • Oxfordshire
  • And surrounding areas

What We're Looking For

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work the 5 on, 3 off rolling rota
