We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse/Co-Pack Operatives to join our client’s busy operation in Coventry, CV6.
Our client is a premium chocolate manufacturer.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in producing high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.
You will be working in a temperature-controlled environment approx. 14 degrees Celsius.
Available Shift Patterns
Rotational Shifts (AM&PM).
- Monday-Friday.
- 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 (weekly rotation).
- 5 hours paid per week.
- OT paid after 37.5 hours worked.
- Fixed Nights
- Sunday-Thursday.
- 22:00-06:00.
- 5 hours paid per week.
- OT paid after 37.5 hours worked.
Responsibilities
- Packing and re-packing chocolate products.
- Labelling, wrapping and quality checking products.
- Working on production and packing lines.
- Ensuring products meet customer and company standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Meeting productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- Good Level of reading/understanding/writing English.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong stable work history.
- Can cope with repetitive work.
- Okay working in an ambient environment (14 degrees Celsius).
- Can commit to rotating shifts or night shifts.
- Live local to CV6 or have your own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK
- Available for full-time hours – this position is NOT suitable for those with restricted working hours or those looking for part-time work.
