Rapier Employment are currently recruiting FLT DRIVERS (Counterbalance and Reach) to join the team at Coalville. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working candidates looking for full-time warehouse work with an immediate start.

The Role

  • Scanning and Tagging
  • Operating forklifts in a racking and open environment
  • Moving pallets and Stillages
  • Loading and unloading items
  • General warehouse duties
  • Working safely and accurately in a busy warehouse environment
  • Manual handling
  • Following site procedures and instructions

What We’re Looking For

  • Successful candidates must be able to work full-time hours
  • Work rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
  • Start immediately
  • Travel reliably to Coalville
  • Complete a Drug & Alcohol Test if required
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as training may be provided
