Rapier Employment are currently recruiting FLT DRIVERS (Counterbalance and Reach) to join the team at Coalville. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working candidates looking for full-time warehouse work with an immediate start.
The Role
- Scanning and Tagging
- Operating forklifts in a racking and open environment
- Moving pallets and Stillages
- Loading and unloading items
- General warehouse duties
- Working safely and accurately in a busy warehouse environment

What We’re Looking For
- Successful candidates must be able to work full-time hours
- Work rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
- Start immediately
- Travel reliably to Coalville
- Complete a Drug & Alcohol Test if required
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as training may be provided
