Overview
Account Development Executive – Leeds
Drive pipeline through strategic outreach and collaborate with marketing on campaigns. This is a full-time role with 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days. Start date to be agreed with the successful candidate. This role is crucial to our Academy’s operations and you will be the first point of contact for patients or clients, ensuring compassionate, expert, and seamless service.
Responsibilities
- Drive pipeline through strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
- From client liaison to operational oversight, contribute to continued success.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal events and coordinate related activities.
- Lead on behalf of the Chief Executive the organisation’s Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response and Business continuity efforts.
- Provide problem-solving and creative solutions to boost organic performance and client engagement.
- Develop an understanding of how to speak to clients and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with a CRM system is desirable.
- End-to-end (360) sales experience—B2B preferred.
- A team player with energy, enthusiasm and strong sales flair.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in a similar role (agency, account executive, or placement year) is beneficial.
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
