Lead and develop Rapidrop's global warehousing and logistics operations. Rapidrop is a UK-based manufacturer of fire sprinkler and suppression system components, supplying customers in over 75 countries worldwide. Our products help protect some of the world's most recognisable developments, including The Shard, Wembley Stadium, Heathrow Terminal 5, Reykjavik Opera House and Etihad Towers in Dubai.

As we continue our growth, we are looking for a Group Warehouse Manager to lead our global warehouse operations and logistics network, ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites and international locations. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics activity across Rapidrop's global network.

  • Lead warehouse operations across Rapidrop's UK and UAE facilities, alongside third-party logistics partners in South Africa, Denmark and the Netherlands.
  • Ensure high levels of stock accuracy, inventory control and operational efficiency across all locations.
  • Develop and implement warehousing and logistics strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
  • Monitor warehouse performance, operational KPIs and stock movement to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support sourcing, freight and logistics activities to ensure the efficient movement of goods globally.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage third-party logistics relationships to ensure service standards and operational performance are maintained.
  • Work closely with operations, procurement, finance and sales teams to support customer and business requirements.

The role will involve occasional international travel to support warehouse operations, third-party logistics providers and operational improvement projects. We are looking for an experienced warehouse and logistics professional who enjoys leading teams, improving operational performance and managing complex international operations.

  • Experience within warehouse, logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations.
  • Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations and third-party logistics providers.
  • Experience overseeing international freight and logistics activities.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience managing operational KPIs, reporting and warehouse performance.
  • Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction products or industrial distribution environments would be advantageous.
  • Experience successfully implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) would also be desirable.
